Thoughtful, structured nutrition counseling for women in midlife.

For women navigating perimenopause, menopause, or GLP-1 treatment and seeking clarity over quick fixes. Care is evidence-based, collaborative, and built around habits that support long-term health.

CARE PATHWAYS

Most people don’t need more options. They need to recognize where to start.

Care is structured in clear pathways based on what you’re navigating.

Foundations Nutrition Care
(8 Weeks)

Foundations is built for the stage where what you’ve been doing isn’t fully working. It’s a focused period of assessment and weekly work to understand what your body responds to and begin making changes you can continue. For some, this is enough to create a shift that lasts. For others, it becomes the foundation for more targeted work.

WHAT’S INCLUDED:

  • Comprehensive initial assessment

  • Weekly private sessions

  • Personalized 7-day plan (introduced after the first month)

  • Ongoing refinement based on what works and how it fits

GLP-1–Focused Nutrition Care
(6 Months)

GLP-1 care is designed for those using or considering medication and approaching it thoughtfully. This phase focuses on how to eat, structure your day, and adjust as appetite, tolerance, and needs change over time. For some, this is enough to create a steady rhythm. For others, it becomes the starting point for continued work.

WHAT’S INCLUDED:

  • Comprehensive assessment

  • Weekly sessions to start

  • Nutrition approach aligned with medication

  • Between-session support

  • Ongoing planning and refinement

Anchor Nutrition Care
(4 Months)

Anchor iNutrition Care s where we continue once a direction is established.

This phase shifts toward consistency, steadiness, and maintaining progress over time through bi-weekly sessions and ongoing refinement.

For many, this is where things become more settled before transitioning to periodic follow-up care.

Available following Foundations or GLP-1 care.

WHAT’S INCLUDED:

  • Bi-weekly private sessions

  • Direct messaging support

  • Personalized monthly planning

Additional planning support
is available as needed

Continued Support

Available by invitation for established clients.

3- and 6-session packages provide structured refinement, accountability, and targeted adjustments following completion of Foundations, GLP-1, or Anchor care.

Optional Planning Support

Add-On

For clients who benefit from added structure, personalized meal planning can be incorporated into care. Plans are flexible, practical, and designed to evolve as needs change.

Individual Evaluation

A comprehensive initial evaluation is available for clients when a structured care pathway is not required.

In most cases, Foundations or GLP-1 care provides the strongest starting point.

The Process

ONGOING PROGRESSION

As clarity and stability develop, care may continue into Anchor or transition to periodic follow-up support.

STRUCTURED CARE BEGINS

Care typically begins within Foundations or GLP-1–Focused Nutrition Care, depending on your needs.

My Approach

Nutrition is rarely about information alone. It’s about applying it in a way that works for you and your daily life, including when your body or circumstances are changing.

Care is structured, evidence-based, and collaborative. We identify patterns, make deliberate adjustments, and build habits that hold up beyond short-term results.

There is no single right way to eat. The goal is a way of eating that remains clear, consistent, and sustainable over time.

Frequently Asked Q’s

  • Foundational Nutrition Care is designed for adults seeking thoughtful, ongoing nutrition support rather than one-time advice. I work with clients navigating weight management, metabolic health, GLP-1–assisted care, and life-stage transitions such as perimenopause and menopause.

This approach is best suited for individuals seeking clarity, structure, and care that unfolds over time rather than quick fixes.

  • Foundational Nutrition Care is structured as a six-month series. This time frame allows for proper assessment, follow-up, and thoughtful adjustments as changes are implemented in day-to-day life.

Some clients choose to continue care beyond the foundational phase. Continuation is discussed individually based on needs and goals.

  • Care is structured, but not fixed. Session frequency is intentional and evolves over time. It’s not fixed or preset.

Early on, sessions are held more frequently to establish direction and build momentum. As things become more consistent, they’re spaced further apart to support integration and long-term follow-through.

Timing is individualized and guided by clinical judgment rather than a set schedule.

  • Nutrition care is offered as a structured series rather than one-time visits. This allows for continuity, clinical context, and meaningful support as change unfolds over time.

One-time sessions are reserved for clients with an established history of care.

  • Meal plans are not included routinely. Some care pathways include structured planning, and individualized plans are available when additional structure is helpful.

The focus is not on following a fixed plan, but on building an approach to eating that fits your life. Most people don’t follow meal plans consistently, and lasting change doesn’t come from a prescribed set of meals.

Planning support is incorporated based on individual needs, preferences, and goals.

  • Yes. I support clients before and during GLP-1–assisted care, with a focus on nutrition adequacy, side-effect management, metabolic health, and long-term sustainability beyond medication.

  • All sessions are held virtually. This allows for flexibility, consistency, and the ability to integrate nutrition support into everyday life—where decisions actually happen.

  • I am an out-of-network provider and do not bill insurance directly. Payment is required at the time of service. Documentation can be provided if you wish to pursue out-of-network reimbursement.

Fees

Each care pathway is offered as a structured, multi-month series with its own defined monthly investment. Specific details are reviewed during the connection call.
